HotSpot Management SpotPay Credit Card User Agreement

Bank Account Authorization

I, Customer, authorize Hotspot Management LLC (HotSpot) to process variable entries (debits and credits) to my financial account (Receiving Account). This authority is valid until I notify Hotspot to revoke this authorization, or Hotspot revokes this authorization. Upon request from Customer (via Hotspot's online funds payment solution - SpotPay Credit Card), Hotspot will transfer funds from Renter's Credit Card Account (Payer's Account) to Customer's Receiving Account.

Responsibilities of Customer

1. The return, reversal or chargeback from Payer's Account is the responsibility and financial obligation of the Customer.
2. Customer is responsible and will be charged for all return or collection fees due on returned, reversed, chargeback or invalid transactions.
3. Upon any reversal, return or chargeback from Payer's Account (for any reason), Hotspot will electronically withdraw funds from Customer's account to fully settle such charges.
4. Frequent reversal or chargeback activity will result in termination of services

Responsibilities of HotSpot

1. Hotspot will only deposit funds to Receiving Account after Hotspot's receipt of funds from designated Payer's Account.
2. Hotspot is not obligated or responsible for returned, reversed, chargeback or invalid transactions.
3. HotSpot reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time.
