    Monthly (per return)

How much will it cost? For the typical customer an entire year of tax return filing will cost an average $110 to $130, after a one-time licensing fee of $49.95 (if necessary) to obtain all required tax accounts and licenses.

The following schedule represents ESTIMATED annual tax filing fees for the average vacation rental, by location. These fees are in addition to HotSpot's $19.95 annual fee. The filing fees in this schedule are calculated based on the number and frequency of tax returns filed. The more returns required the higher the fees. The purpose of this schedule is to give you a good indication of HotSpot's filing cost for your area.

The fees on this schedule are the total cost for each location, you do not need to add any filing fees together to determine your cost. The following are some examples:

The all-in filing fees for Hilton Head Island, SC are $116--($44 for Hilton Head plus $72 for South Carolina)
The all-in filing fees for Breckenridge, CO are $88--($44 for Breckenridge plus $44 for Colorado)
.     The all-in filing fees for Okaloosa County, FL (Destin) are $144--($72 for Okaloosa plus $72 for Florida)

Disclaimer: These fees are estimates, not final and are subject to change. The amount of rental revenue may affect the frequency of tax returns required, therefore increasing the filing cost in some areas.
